We have a studio vacancy at APT! This studio is on the first floor.

APT provides 42 secure studios for visual artists and is home to fine artists across many different practices, sculpture, painting and multi-disciplinary.

Studios at APT are offered on a seven year lease. Rent includes service charge costs, which covers utilities such as rates, refuse, Wi-Fi. Electricity is billed separately as each studio has an individual meter.


Closing Date: 5pm 25 June 2025
Interviews: 14 & 15th July 2025
Lease start date: 1 September 2025
